I have another card to show you today.

Today, I loosely mixed up some Blue Metallic Ink into some white Hero Paste.  

I layered it over the Artistic Peony Stencil and once dry spritzed with some Frost Shimmer Spray.

I die cut the Cherry Blossom Cover Plate and carefully blended the Ombre Pink to Red ink over just the blossoms.  

I added a little red copic in the center and over that a dot of gel white pen in the centers.

03.08.24 Stay Crafty with A Blog Named Hero - MARCH Challenge

 Welcome to another "Stay Crafty with a Blog Named Hero" Challenge! 

This month's challenge theme is: 

"A Kind of Magic"

For this card I have used the Birds and Flowers Cover Plate is White Cardstock over Gold and Rose Gold Embossing.  I have layered the embossing with the tulip bloom stencil from the Tulip Layering Stencils.  I stamped and embossed the woodblock stamp in gold onto white cardstock, fussy cut around it and then dipped the edges in vintage ombre metallic ink.  Lastly I added some clear enamel dots.  

I loved adding interest by using embossing with a stencil!  Very NEW to me, however a great new technique for background interest.
