Wow! I am not worthy.

Every Friday @ work we have bagels and donuts courtesy of the company.
This morning, a gal made Chile Relleno Bake.
So Delish!
Here is the recipe:


Cindy's Chile Relleno Bake
2 eggs
2 Cups milk
½ Cup flour
Tillamook Med. Cheddar cheese slices to cover bottom of dish
1 tsp. salt
1 can whole green chilies
 
 Coat an 8 x 8” baking dish with oil.
Layer green chilies in 2” squares over bottom of dish (remove seeds if you don’t like it hot)
Layer slices of Cheddar Cheese over the green chilies
Beat eggs slightly, then mix in milk, flour, and salt with a mixer
Pour over cheese and chilies
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, until lightly browned around edges and set firm in the center.
