Woods Wallpaper Cuckoo

Where does your inspiration come from?
For me, mostly movies I would say.
When I thought of wallpaper, the first thought was the really cool birch wallpaper on the TV Series "Once Upon A Time."
[Which by the way Scott, Conrad and I are watching
the current season nightly streaming on Amazon. (yay!)]
This is mostly the card I had in mind for the WALLPAPER challenge at CAS-ual Fridays card challenge blog.
The evil queen Regina in the Storybrooke world (supposed to be the here and now world an not the "Story"bookworld )of here, is mayor and her office is decorated wall to wall birch wallpaper with only black and white accents.
The only pop of color is her signature bowl of red delicious apples!
I wanted to put an apple in the card. But an apple just "floating" against the wallpaper would not do.
I found this cool Cuckoo clock that really sums up the entire character of Regina the evil Queen,
and decided that the sentiment and a layer would be red.
Here is the Mayors office on the set.
