I am sad to day, yet another challenge is going out.
I really was hoping Pinspired would get more players and the DT is divine too!
I know they will be around.
Still......
Doesn't help that the stress of getting ready for our upcoming vacation is also taking its toll, scaring mojo away.
Well this card is a post for pinspired and I really wanted to get these pine cones inky!
so here it is.
Simple, sorta Retro colors.

Also I took the sketch from CAS(E) this sketch!

Oh man, I love this! You just have a way of choosing the perfect colours, and you stamp them BEAUTIFULLY!! I'm sad to hear that Pinspired is closing up shop :( Wish I'd been able to support them more - I am hoping that I can get back into my challenges in the New Year - I haven't played along with any of them for so long. I am missing them a ton, and also want to support them! Try not to let the pre-trip stress get to you...one thing at a time, and just work on the things that really matter :)

Well, I think this card is fabulous, Kimberly...your mojo is looking great to me! I love how you layered your stamps and the 'retro' color combo is so cool!

I hope all goes well with your trip, and that you have a really wonderful holiday! Hang in there, sweetie!

You are such an ardent fan of a variety of challenges, and even though Pinspired is closing, you've certainly supported them 1,000%. As you mentioned, we can still follow the DT gals and other challenges are making an appearance (The Card Concept) and even a re-appearance (Fusion). I know you'll be there, with your AWESOME creations that will continue to amaze and delight us with that 'flexible creativity' you have! This card = WOW x WOW! Your pine cones ROCK and are all the more delightful nestled alongside the music/sentiment combination! I love pine cones! I have a collection (yes, I'm an odd ball!), that come from our trips to Bend, OR. Each time we go, my 'collect 3 pine cones' is a 'must do' and as a result, I believe I have the 'most beautiful' array sitting in my special glass bowl, crafted by my glass-blowing brother-in-law! Your pre-trip arrangements are, certainly, stress causing, but you, because you're a gem, will navigate them well. I LOVE the comment you left for me, and once I get through the 'thesis proofreading' (I'm worried I won't do a good enough job!!), I'll send you a 'real' note! Remember this: you're strong, dynamic, vibrant and thoughtful! We're here for you, because YOU are simply wonderful! Hugs~ c
