I am using the NEW Tri-Blend Alcohol Markers.
I am in LOVE with the blending of them.
In short, there are 24 colors, and each pen has Dark, Middle, Light of each color built in. So that is actually 72 colors for less than Copics. No guesswork or hunting for a color match for me... Anything that makes my life easier, WIN..WIN.
This is a NEW Digital Image from the STAMPlorations Digi Shop now open! (here)
This lovely is From the collection called: Fluttery Garden A2 Card Fronts. (Right now all Digitals 15% off with code at checkout)
One of the reasons why I applied to the Spectrum Nior Design Team, and really wanted to be chosen, was the new Tri-Blends Alcohol Markers. I read all I could about them and decided they were for me. You see I am not a confident colorist.. (Yeah..believe it..) With Copics, I end up using colors that do not blend well, they are not in the same color family or range. The image ends up looking grey or just muddy looking. (Yes, I did a color Hex chart of Sandy Allnocks, can't locate the darn thing)... And if you did not already know, I am short on patience. And if I mess up.. it is a setback. So I figured what could be better than 3 colors in one marker all the same tone..NOTHING. I am so in LOVE with these. (Shhhhhh like color blending for Dummies.. (me..)
