Todays inspiration, to follow along AGAIN with The Library Challenge. The prompt is "Girl in the Polka Dot Dress."
I look at other challenges and think that the image on the book of the background, how it moves, could almost be a rainbow. Perfect! I know what I will use for this challenge.
My natural instinct is to have BOLD bright colors. Harder for me..is it to do light and delicate coloring. Here I exercise a light hand. Delicate colors and only a touch of watercolors.
