 I was totally inspired by Creative with Paper by Kikki with her AMAZING Wanderlust page.

The heart paper is from the Best Day collection.

I bought the Festive Tickets dies so I can add tickets, however once I made the heart, and was using a long rectangular image, I just went with the flow.

09.24.23 Lucy in a Maggie Holmes 12x12 Layout

My mom's 80th birthday is 9/26 (soon!) and I made this page to commemorate her lovely companion of the last 14 years. Lucy was the best cat ever.  She seriously was.  

Mom's previous cat Bootsie was a great cat too, he had some  character, he loved (you guessed it - lying in your boots), plus he has puss in boots markings on his legs.  When he was very little he would curl his entire body in a boot or a shoe and sleep.

Lucy, she would play like a kitten until the end.  Both deeply missed.

My pages are 99.9% from the Garden Party Collection Pad designed by Maggie Holmes.

 The other .01% is the champagne glitterdrops added - they are from Pinkfresh Studio.

09.23.23 Pinkfresh Studio Mini Layout in Lavenders!

 Featuring Pinkfresh Studios Good Times collection and using small butterflies die.

Pinkfresh Studio is genius in that they keep all the stamp images connected, as well as the dies.  When you stamp the images, there is less fiddling about repositioning and trying to get them cut just so. You also don't have this little pile of separate little dies to mess with. I think it is just brilliant, more companies should be doing it.

LOVE it!

We set aside time just for us to connect.  Pal around.  Relax, enjoy each others company aart form bills and work and everyday stress. A lunch date, mini trip out for coffee and donuts.  This is one of those lovely days.

This was a nice day that my sister and her (in loving memory) dog Maggie went to visit Twin Falls with me in North Bend.  I always loved a waterfall hike back in the day.  

This was special.

09.17.23 Pinkfresh Studio Good Times Fall Layouts

Pinkfresh Studio Good Times is a Fall themed collection of blue greens, lavender mauves, burnt sienna, and raw umber tones.  The the better together sentiment is fussy cut from the Good Times 6x6 paper pad.

I have added the To-go Coffee Cup and tea cup ephemera from the Some Days ephemera pack.

These photos are a sunny day when we went to Yosemite National Park in California.  We sat at a bench just outside the guest and museum center after seeing some deer wander through the area.

We chatted as we planned what to do next.  Such a great trip.. except the return train ride, that is another story altogether.
