CASology CUE Card #80: Purple!

Today, the CASology TEAM and I give you PURPLE!
in it's REGAL glory!

This embossed and die cut card was done by using an Anna Griffin Plate
It was a larger plate that I cut down to what you see. I was surprise that once I added the rubber
piece, and used the die cut, it took this one try,
 I LOVE
when I am happy with my new toys...(the first try!)!

Last week we had CONTRAST, and I know we had a refresher on CAS.
[And, being a scrapbooker, mini album maker - turned card maker, I know it is hard to restrain.]

For this card, here is how I am KEEPING it CAS:
1 Layer Card
1 Die Image
1 Color
1 Neutral Accent Color (Black)
1 Sentiment
Balanced Design
LOTS of open uncluttered white or "free" space!
Minimal Steps - Minimal Time = Easy to recreate!

Let's see how CAS
YOU can Get!!
 {here!}

This is a close up.  It looks like I have 2 flowers here,
Nope, It is one and it was cut and embossed at the same time.
Maybe I did it wrong, and the embossing portion shifted,
either way, it is embossed on the edge appearing to be layered.
Then I just took a white signo uniball and put a few dots, stamped a sentiment
adhered the flower....
Done!!  EASY.

I think this card is richly elegant, yet still a single layer with some texture.

Haha, I was thinking you used two flower die cuts. You didn't do wrong! Embossing and cutting at the same time? It brought so much interest and depth to your image. Love it!!!!
