LOVE IT - Cure for the Monday Blues #10

really has the designer eye!
Check out her weekly photos Inspiration Challenge
Do not be intimidated, this is a FUN way once a week to perk up and create anything YOU want with fun flirty or RAD trendy, or modern imagery!!!

LOVE it when I can just interpret any way I want.
I am on a roll and I
don't think I have missed one yet!

My interpretation explained:
I used the blue newsprint for the brocade wallpaper,
And the coverlet is my main panel of tone on tone images.
I wanted the feel of a freshly made bed in white so I used a banner of white glitter ribbon and a crisp shiny white layer under the main panel, and left more white on the base itself .
The butterfly shape is a nod to the chandelier.
The button is a fresh fun girlie flair
that pulls some pink into it.
And the black...well I LOVE black so
I had to pop some in!

Posting to the Cure for the Monday Blues #10

I was sent a message today that Kelly received my
package for Emma
Here is how I packaged it.
I wrapped it in plastic bubble wrap then blue dotted wrap
gold twine and a bright orange resin bloom!

I sent a little HELLO card from me
on top with a note that the cards had fun sticker sentiments,
though were message free in case the family or Emma wanted to send them!

Helping others always warms my heart!

LOVE your take from the inspiration photo! Fabulous work of fun!

ps - Where in seattle do you live?

I actually love in what they call 'The East Side" It is a group of towns across the East side of Lake Washington. I live in Kirkland, directly East across the lake from "downtown" Seattle. If you cross the lake on I-90, you will be in Bellevue, and then north of Bellevue is Kirkland. So I love near all the "Microsofties"....LOL

As for the card, well, the sentiment says it all - LOVE IT!

Hello again - another attempt at wrestling with blogger, and it better work because I. LOVE. THIS. CARD! YOU, dear friend, have the designer's eye just as finely focused as Taheerah's! Evidence: look at the gem you've created and your even so descriptive 'nod' to the details that sparked you from the inspiration photo. Your butterfly is causing me major swooning. Have I mentioned I love this card! Do, do and DO! Hugs~c
