After Thanksgiving Feast

This was a first for me. I cooked Cornish game hens stuffed with rice.

  It was so much fun to see Conrad so thrilled to have his very own "Mini Turkey."

Cornish game hen with rice and bacon stuffing, pumpkin preserves glazed with carrots.  Cranberry jelly, jumbo olives.  This plate was my brother Dustin's so I also gave him a whole roasted red pepper.
