Day 3 - The Daily Marker 30 Day Challenge

I thought that I should maybe color something with a fun current theme.  Valentine's Day!

This Penny Black Set Jumbo Love has so many cute images that it was hard to pick.  I think that takes me the most time.  Making up my mind on what to use.  I tried my blending brushes out for the first time.  A little bit of "It's a girl" Catherine Pooler ink on the inner panel of this precut card.  Wow, I must say they definitly make a difference over sponges.  Usually I over ink and gets splotches, with these brushes, smooth coverage and a fantastic even blend!

Supplies:
Stamps: Penny Black, Jumbo Love 30-209,
Mimi at Play 30-111
Paper: Julie Ebersole/Ellen Hutson Bristol,
Misc Pre-Made Card
Inks: Catherine Pooler: Party Dress, It's a Girl
Blending Brush, Large
Copics: Listed Below

Two gorgeous cards, Kimberley! Your coloring is outstanding in both of these. I love the CAS look in your card for Ink -leaving all that white space really makes the cute image pop. The decorative edge is a fun touch too. Thanks for joining us at Inkspirational!

Striking card, Kimberly! You have a real knack for coloring with Copics! I always have such a difficult time leaving white space, and you've done it so well here. Lovely. Thanks for sharing at Penny Black Saturday Challenge. Hope to see you back here. Hugs, Lynda Joy
