So we are moving into another season.

The season of romance.

That is what I think of when I think of DATE.

I am still on my last date folks!

Oh, I have to tell you this little story.

So it was my husband's and my first date.

A movie.

As we sat beside each other, I was on his left.

I reached out with my right hand palm up to him.

He gently placed his hand in mine.

..I stammered....

."Ummmm .. I was asking for candy?"

He had a pack of candy in his other hand and 

I was expecting him to pass me some.

We both blushed as we realized at the same

 time that we liked each other.

He will NEVER let me forget that.

I will go to grab his hand and he will say, 

"You sure you don't just want the candy?!"

Ugghhh ...men!!!!   LOL!

He is a Keeper though!!!!

A loveseat with a pull out sleeper!

And my little hedgehog stamp scrubber......

This needs organizing...

About now, I am up helping my husband and his mom with the prep work for the celebration this evening.

Karin, Scott's mom, has for over 30 years have celebrated by having a Christmas Eve Party.

Several traditional dishes that are only made on Christmas Eve are enjoyed.

Family comes and presents are exchanged.

 It is so FESTIVE!

We have a 2 week party, I mean 2 week challenge this week!!
