Next up I have the STENCIL BLUES!
I have taken this card and primarily created with blues and a hint of LAVENDER!
TIPS for added dimension and texture:
Its hard to see, however I scored
vertical lines with a scoring tool
every centimeter or so.
I also added Nuvo drops
in the "ice"
and added a smidge of sequins!
