Pumpkin Squares

In the Fall every year one of the salesman's wives would make the most scrumptious moistest pumpkin square cake. 
I have the recipe, and if you make this, you will be amazed how good they are. 
This year I plan to finally make them!
I am not sure where the recipe originate, however I will credit her name to them: 



Caroline’s Awesome Pumpkin Squares

Use a 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" x 1" pan

350 Degrees

23-25 minutes but need to watch closely depending on your oven.
I am tols she would Pull it when they are just a very small touch under done but a toothpick still comes out clean. (Maye that is why they were so moist!)

Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 cups white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 can(15oz)of pumpkin filling
2 cups white flour
2 tea. baking powder
2 tea. ground cinnamon
1 tea. baking soda
1/2 tea. salt
1/2 tea. ground ginger
1/2 tea. ground cloves
Mix eggs, sugar, pumpkin filling, oil.
Sift all dry ingredients together
Mix dry ingredients with eggs/filling/oil.

Bake

Frosting
1 pack of cream cheese
2/3 cup of butter
2 tea. vanilla
4 cups powder sugar
